Transparency Watercolors is a lighter, airier palette that has the same color superpowers of its predecessor Transparency. It is the perfect fabric collection for any pattern that uses a transparency technique, as it allows quilters to experiment with new techniques with the color work already planned for them. Like Transparency, the line is organized in two values of a shared spectrum so there’s a perfect lighter or darker companion for each hue. As is the case with many of Modern Quilt Studio’s lines, this is an ensemble line in which the emphasis is on how the fabrics can work together to create interesting patterns as opposed to being organized by a focus fabric and companion prints.
